In February of 1996, Lloyd House opened. This duplicate of Graham House is located directly adjacent to it and provides support to individuals over the long term.

Although Graham and Lloyd House’s are physically separate, the residents enjoy sharing activities while maintaining individualized programs that focus on individual needs and pursuits. Each client is encouraged to work toward goals that maximize their independence. Individualized service plans are developed for each resident that focus on skill development in identified areas such as the following:

• managing activities of daily living
• personal organization
• time management
• leisure planning
• medical, fitness and physical management
• memory development and improvement through the use of compensatory strategies
• emotional control and effective communication skills
• developing and maintaining personal relationships
• orientation in the community including bus training and handydart
• vocational and educational pursuits
