In March 2000, two new programs in Burnaby were established based on the Graham House design. Bodie House and Dunbar House are fully furnished two-bedroom half duplexes adjacent to one another. Each program offers the residents their own private bedroom while sharing a central living space, kitchen and bathroom. Dunbar House is not wheelchair accessible.

• personal organization
• time management
• leisure planning
• medical, fitness and physical management
• memory development and improvement through the use of compensatory strategies
• emotional control and effective communication skills
• developing and maintaining personal relationships
• orientation in the community, including bus training and handydart
• vocational and educational pursuits

These programs are similar to the Graham and Lloyd House programs whereas the clients are living semi-independently on a long- term basis. Each client has his or her own individual service plan based upon the client and therapeutic goals and a weekly schedule. The individual service plans focus on developing skills in each client’s area of need, such as:
