Graham House, Lloyd House, Bodie House and Dunbar House maintain supported apartments located in the basement of each home. These apartments have their own private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, living rom, and bedroom and share laundry facilities with the group home above. The apartments are private while having the advantage of immediate support from the upstairs house staff.

The apartments are designed to assess and monitor independence in daily living skills in a 24-hour monitored setting. Staff are available to assist individuals in a variety of ways. Programs for the residents are individually structured to focus on daily living, lifestyle enhancement, community integration, leisure and social skills development. Promotion of maximum independence while ensuring the health and well being of the residents is fundamental.
