The base rate for each resident within a Day Program is $150.00* per day. This rate includes the following fees for services and out of pocket expenses:

- Pre-admission assessment
- In house Adaptive Living Skills (ADL’s) assistance by a rehabilitation support worker
- Functional Skills Assessment
- Individual Service Plan including goals, behaviour plan and physical care
- Medication support and management
- Weekly schedule
- Meals - breakfast and lunch
- Cost of team meetings and any associated transportation costs
- Reports (written as determined necessary by the team)

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM COSTS

The following costs are not covered:

- long distance phone calls and other phone services
- personal clothing
- medication
- transportation to and from the program and appointments
- personal toiletry items
- personal expenses
- entry fees to rehabilitation and recreation programs (i.e. fitness classes)
- additional one to one support costs

* This fee is dependent on the amount of support a client requires. During the initial assessment, the client, family/advocate, funder and other interested parties will be informed of the amount of expected initial support and the associated costs.
