Education :
Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses etc. :
Community Support Worker (CSW) Diploma, Long Term Care Aide (LTCA) Diploma, Residential Care Worker (RCW) Diploma, Medication Administration Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Class 4 Drivers License, Food Safe Certificate.
Experience :
Experience an asset
Language :
Speak English, Read, English, Write English. Tagalog an asset.

Male, Female, Persons with physical disabilities, Persons with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
Specific Skills
Implement life skills. Assess client’s relevant skill strengths and development needs. Encourage client independence. Supervise activities of clients living in a group home. Implement behavior management programs. Provide personal care services and nursing assistant care and companionship. Participation in recreation and leisure activities and implement positive creative experiences for the clients, to enhance quality of life.
